Dr Keri Alexander, MBChB, Grad.Dip.Fam.Med, FRACGP, FAChAM
Position: Addiction Medicine Physician (Turning Point Eastern Health).
Dr Keri Alexander graduated from Otago Medical School, New Zealand, in 1994, and moved to Melbourne in 1999. She worked for many years as a community GP, became experienced as a GP methadone prescriber, completed a Graduate Diploma of Family Medicine (Monash) and was an accredited supervisor of GP registrars.
In 2007, she graduated from the RACP Addiction Medicine training program, obtaining Fellowship of the Australasian Chapter of Addiction Medicine. Since then, she has worked as an Addiction Medicine Specialist in both public and private.
Dr Alexander has been an Addiction Medicine Specialist at Turning Point Eastern Health since 2012, is the Director of Addiction Training, and is on the Clinical Panel of WorkSafe.
